Terms & Conditions
Any and all works carried out by SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas either quoted or otherwise advised will be subject to these terms and conditions in full. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/client to read these terms and conditions.
Definitions
“SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas” ABN: 32 667 032 064
“Client” means any person acting on behalf of/with the authority of the client, or any person purchasing products & initiating services from SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas.
Ownership
All goods shall remain the property of SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas until payment is received in full.
Payment
All payments must be paid via online direct payment on or before due date of invoice.
Client to supply payment remittance/receipt via email to bryn@smart-flow.com.au
Any payments which fall overdue shall incur a non-negotiable late fee. With interest incurring weekly at 10% until paid in full.
All quoted works are subject to variations as required and are at the discretion of SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas. In order to carry out and complete works to the Australian & Safety Standards. All variations will incur further fees & charges in addition to the original quoted amount.
Warranty
SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas does not warrant any customer supplied goods.
SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas warrants its workmanship for 12 months from the invoice date. Warranty is only for the exact works and fittings carried out by SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas, providing the works completed have not been tampered or touched. Warranty period may be extended if stated otherwise by SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas.
No warranty shall be provided for any blocked waste pipes, drainage, sewer or storm water. If SmartFlow Plumbing & Gas unblocks a drain and that drain becomes blocked again, the issue is not workmanship as the original blockage was removed and a new blockage has occurred.
